Lisa Hallam, MHA, RN-BSN

Lisa Hallam serves as CEO of CoxHealth Rehabilitation Hospital. In this role, she leads hospital operations and champions exceptional experiences for both patients and employees.

Lisa has more than 36 years of hospital leadership and operation experience. In 2023, Lisa took on the CEO role for Select Medical Rehabilitation – Springfield when the inpatient rehabilitation unit opened. Before that, she served as CEO of Select Specialty Hospital – Springfield, a position she earned in 2022 after two years as the hospital’s chief nursing officer during the COVID-19 pandemic. Lisa’s career with Select Medical began in 2008 as a bedside nurse at Select Specialty Hospital – Springfield.

She earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Missouri, Columbia, and her master’s in healthcare administration from Western Governors University in 2024.
