Director of Business Development

Amanda Holmes, B.S., R.T.

Amanda Holmes is the director of business development at CoxHealth Rehabilitation Hospital. In this role, she directs and implements census development strategies for the hospital, leads strategic growth initiatives and strengthens relationships across acute care, physician and community partners. She is responsible for driving referral development, analyzing market opportunities and aligning business strategies with clinical excellence to support patient-centered care.

Previously, Amanda worked at Lincare for 14 years, most recently as area sales and operations manager in southwest Missouri and western Tennessee. She is recognized for her collaborative leadership, data-informed decision-making and commitment to advancing access to high-quality patient care programs and services.

Amanda earned a Bachelor of Science in respiratory therapy from Missouri State University. She is also a licensed respiratory care practitioner.
