Trulie Nielsen serves as the director of rehabilitation at CoxHealth Rehabilitation Hospital, where she provides leadership for interdisciplinary therapy services, program development and performance outcomes. She is passionate about building strong teams, aligning care delivery with organizational mission and creating systems that support exceptional patient-centered rehabilitation.

Previously, Trulie served as therapy supervisor and Adaptive Driving Program manager for the Day Neuro Program at Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation in Frisco, Texas. There, she led clinical teams, supported inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation leadership initiatives and contributed to strategic planning and data-driven performance improvement across the continuum of care.

Trulie holds a master’s degree in occupational therapy from Maryville University - Saint Louis and a Master of Business Administration degree with a specialization in data analytics from Louisiana State University.
